2011 MPAH Movie Award

Motion Picture Association of Haiti, Inc (MPAH) is pleased to announce that it will be having its first annual movie award on November 20, 2011 at the UMASS Boston. This will be the first movie award of its kind to be held at the elegant UMass Boston Campus Center.

MPAH Final call to illegal online broadcasters

Over the past few months, Motion Picture Association of Haiti (MPAH) has received an overwhelming number of calls from numerous Haitian producers throughout the US, Haiti and Canada about an increased number of online pirates and unauthorized online broadcast activity.

By the end of 2010, over 90 Haitian film makers signed an anti-piracy petition to support our fight against piracy. There is a major initiative underway to curtail the sudden onset of piracy activity that we have seen in recent months. Join and sign at http://www.mpahaiti.org/node/30
